Alaska Estimating Services provide informed projections based on available data, industry standards and our professional judgment. These estimates are intended for informational purposes and can be considered as guaranteed final cost or a binding offer after checking their authenticity.

The real cost of projects can also differ from our estimates because construction is dynamic in nature, whereby material prices change, the cost of labor also fluctuates, site conditions are other factors that cannot be predicted as well as design changes.
